- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensure only authorized personnel have access to your account.
- Obtain all necessary consents and permissions from your customers before sharing their data with Apexium Solutions.
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and any data provided to us as part of the Services.
4. Fees and Payment
Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with their use of our Services as outlined in the service agreement.
- Fees are due on the terms specified in the agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of Services.
- All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
5.1 Client Data
All data shared with Apexium Solutions remains the property of the Client.
5.2 Customer Data

6. Service Availability and Modifications
